With a commendable track record as the former Director of Magnifique Meetings at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Dhiraj now steps into the role of Director of Sales, steering the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and room sales team under the guidance of the hotel’s Director of Sales & Marketing.

Prior to joining Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Dhiraj served as the Associate Director of Sales at the Hyderabad Marriott Convention Center & Courtyard Marriott. In this capacity, he managed top group and catering accounts, spearheaded new business initiatives, facilitated significant residential closures, and provided leadership to a dedicated team of Sales Managers.

His tenure as Senior Sales Manager at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar International Airport further fortified his expertise in managing strategic MICE accounts, devising effective marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets, and surpassing catering revenue objectives.

Dhiraj’s journey in the hospitality industry also includes notable roles at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport and Waterstones Hotel & Resort Mumbai, where he consistently demonstrated his adeptness in cultivating strong client relationships, leveraging strategic sales insights, and making informed decisions swiftly.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dhiraj is an intrepid nature enthusiast and avid traveler, constantly seeking new landscapes and cultural experiences to satisfy his wanderlust.
