Sofitel Mumbai BKC, the epitome of luxury nestled in Mumbai’s bustling Bandra Kurla Complex, proudly welcomes Nimesh Pandav as its newest Front Office Manager.
A Mumbai University alumnus, Nimesh embarked on his professional journey with a Diploma in Pharmacy from PES College of Pharmacy, Bangalore, followed by a Diploma in Hospitality & Catering from Ealing and West London College, UK. His hospitality odyssey commenced at The Montcalm Hotel, London, in 2009, where he honed his skills before returning to India to join Sofitel Mumbai BKC as Senior Duty Manager in 2012. Here, he spearheaded employee training initiatives, devised performance enhancement strategies, and facilitated process optimizations.
In 2018, Nimesh assumed the role of Front Office Manager at Mercure Maldives Koodoo, leading a 70-strong team while overseeing budgetary preparations and assuming resort management responsibilities in the absence of the Resort Manager. Four years later, he transitioned to Pullman Maldives Maamutaa as Front Office and Lifestyle Manager, further enriching his repertoire.
With over 13 years of comprehensive Front Office expertise across international and domestic settings, Nimesh’s appointment at Sofitel Mumbai BKC underscores his adeptness in multitasking and employee management.
